Dynamic O-D Matrix estimation

In this thesis we have developed a new dynamic O-D matrix estimator that is founded on a behavioural basis. This estimator is able to produce a statistically sound timedependent OD trip table estimate given flow observations and an apriori trip table, such that the estimated dynamic OD flows are consistent with dynamic assignment predictions of network flows based on the estimated dynamic OD table.
