Using a modern word processor such as MS Word and a PDF converter like Adobe Acrobat, it is possible to create print-ready documents yourself. Please download our template (16x24 or 17x24 cm) which you can use as a basis for your book.
When converting the document to PDF, please note that all fonts are embedded in the PDF file. You can convert Word files with the freely available pdf995 or with Adobe Acrobat (recommended).
Please contact us if you require any assistance converting the Word document into a PDF file. You can of course also choose to have one of our designers format your text and create a print-ready document.
Cover
With the right software (Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Quark Xpress - not Word or Powerpoint!) you can create your own cover design. In that case we will provide your with an ISBN barcode and our Eburon logos: eburon-vierkant.tif should be included on the spine, eburon.tif or weblogo-eburon.tif can be printed on the back, and eburon los.tif on the front.
Important: Before creating the cover design yourself, please have a look at this design template and a print-ready cover design first.
We recommend however that you have the cover designed by our professional design bureau. They can design a cover based on your preferences. It is also possible to have photographs or figures integrated in the design.

Big files (>5 MB) can be sent to us using You Send It.
